Rosalyn is a lovely, personable, compassionate caregiver. She is responsive to my mom’s needs and has a warm manner. We’ve only had care for one day, but it looks to be a very positive relationship.

Experienced caregivers. Availability most of the time. My caregiver was able to come to the hospital several times during my 4-week stay, explaining the meaning of terms and medications, assisting me in re-learning how to breathe, and most of all, keeping me company during the long hours there. At home, my caregiver takes care of my various needs. Among the many tasks she has assumed in my home, she has made delicious food for my husband and me, cleaned the house, helped with laundry, assisted me in purchasing necessary and appropriate medical equipment, gave me showers when needed, and will be able to help ease my transition back into home life when I am released from the hospital. I even re-learned how to crochet with her guidance. Her help has been invaluable, and she has become like an extended member of our family.

The CNAs are pleasant, efficient, knowledgable, and cheerful without being boisterous. They also interact well with my cats. They’re clear about what they can and can’t do according to their certifications and company rules. They’ve learnt my routines quickly.

They diligently try to fulfill my every need, and that has been challenging. Their care givers are prompt, reliable and communicate effectively with my wife, who has dementia. There has never been a problem with their billing system and they communicate effectively with my insurance company. Everything I have asked for has been fulfilled and I will continue to use their services.

My wife has a progressive dementia in which her behavior and responsiveness is unpredictable. That is combined with spinal pain causing slow and hesitant movement. ComForCare is providing trustworthy, kind care for her on a daily basis so that I can get things done without worrying about her. They have been able to provide her with a safe and caring environment for which I am extremely grateful.

The scheduling we desired has been done with very little disruption. Staff are very pleasant and easily jump right into our home. Their experience is mostly aligned to what our requirements are and bring varied ideas for us and our home. My needs are centered around physical problems and they have been able to address those problems and provide methods to help me to mostly move through them.
