Seem to care about my home not running out of fuel, they being able to monitor gas level, even if I’m not paying attention to the tank levels. He recommended new regulators, so agreed I don’t want any no heat situations to happen to my house, especially in the middle of winter. Along with the tank monitor.

We pre buy. I love that as we do not receive monthly bills. When it's time to pre buy, I call and the customer service staff is VERY helpful. We do not live in the area where our service is located, and it's nice to have them check in on our tank.
