Our serviceman was able to show up on the same day we called for an appointment. He was extremely knowledgeable as well as very personable. He explained the problem, which had apparently been there a long time, and fixed it so that we had heat until the appropriate piece could be replaced. I hope we have no need in the future, but if we do, I would be pleased to see him again!
