We like that the propane is delivered before it gets too low. A couple of years ago, our tank went to zero on New Years Eve, but we were able to get someone out to fill it at that time. Since then, it has been filled more consistently.

We have a small propane tank that Como Oil and Propane is always quick to refill within a couple of days after we have notified them. Contacting them is easy and they always have our location and billing information readily available.

Como has been serving my family in multiple locations in and around Grand Marais since 1960. Before me. I have always had great service. For a short while I was sold on a price from an out of town provider. They failed servicing me in the early fall after several requests and by the time winter came and our road was impassible I did not have enough propane for winter. Even their president who I ran into while leaving for Isle Royale from Portage offered no reparation. Fortunately I shut the checked the tank I was told was filled and shut the cabin down before my building froze. Had to wait until spring for gas as our road is not safe for a gas truck in winter. 80 s. clearwater Como on the other hand has always shown up and has done so after my less than a year break como continues to be awesome. Long term people and service for every need I have ever had. Thank you. In a non-local world Como has been the same and is serving now a 3rd generation on the Gunflint and on Lake Superior.
