The lady at the Office in Grand Marais is excellent and very customer friendly. She helped me with all my requests and issues.
Ken Davis the Service Technician who came out to the cabin was serviced and cleaned my propane furnace was great also. Ken is extremely knowledgeable and customer orientated. I couldn't have asked for better.
The renewal contract to lock in for next winter was fast, efficient, and simple. Coincidentally I renewed and paid via a checking account ACH payment on 7/22 and didn't know or realize that my tank was refilled on 7/21. On 7/23 I got the bill reflecting that my 7/22 deposit was applied demonstrating that your left hand clearly knows what your right hand is doing. Well done!

When I arrived at my cabin yesterday, the fill request was not satisfied. I am short of 40 gals. from being a full tank. The gage is at 76% full. On all previous fillings, I had a reading of 80% after the tank was filled.
