The lady at the Office in Grand Marais is excellent and very customer friendly. She helped me with all my requests and issues. Ken Davis the Service Technician who came out to the cabin was serviced and cleaned my propane furnace was great also. Ken is extremely knowledgeable and customer orientated. I couldn't have asked for better.
