Allison is especially kind, caring and helpful. She helped resolve a problem in which AEOA had not paid for furnace repair yet so unable to order propane.

Years ago, I was able to order propane and I would make monthly payments.
This helped me so much since I am a single income household on fixed income since 2006 disability...unable to work any longer with no opportunity for pay raises. I only receive minimal increase on social security.
I am Cash on Delivery now and that large chunk of money is very hard to come by.
Como did approve me 150 gallons minimum delivery which helped some but if I low on propane and no money I need to use electric heaters and if below zero it is cold.
I wish propane companies would do same as electric company does through heating season...make payment plan and make regular monthly payment they cannot disconnect you . Perhaps propane companies at least do minimum delivery as needed.
I have shed plenty of tears over my lifetime due to being a one income HH struggling to make ends meet
Thank you for everything Como has done for me and thank you for considering an affordable payment plan through the heating season so no one has to go without propane in the cold winter months and any balance left over can be paid off during summer months.

Don’t need to worry about getting propane the have a gauge and keep on top of it. Price is good compared to other companies. The staff is pleasant and answers my questions politely , I’m elderly and they are patient with me . 😂
