Amy the gal i talked to on the phone (believe she is in Minot) was exceptionally fin, friendly and helpful. The lady in the Hibbing office was great and any others on the phone have all been so nice! The fuel oil driver , David, was GREAT! All your employees represent your company in a very favorably light! I think customer service is important!
