DJ Terry was awesome! He played background music during dinner and then turned up the dance music for our party. He checked in with me on the details about lighting, timing, etc. Our photo booth operator Stephen was also awesome! He engaged with people as they were getting photos. He helped them with options and props. He checked in with me often throughout the night. I also liked that Complete has an online survey to collect details about your event. You can give them details like your colors, theme, timeline, favorite songs, disliked songs and other things you want them to know. Cassie and team reached out multiple times before the event to make sure we had everything in order. Everything went well and I would definitely use them again.

Nina was amazing as our reception coordinator! She was so professional and went beyond my expectations in making sure the evening was perfect. She was flexible and worked with our timeline, which kept changing as the night went on. She took on whatever tasks arose, even completing the cleanup for us. Planning a wedding reception in another state has challenges and we were glad that we found Complete Weddings. Thank you for everything!

Sylvia met with me before the wedding and helped ease my stress and we went over every detail. It helped me so much! Then day of she was incredible she understood the vision and executed flawlessly. Any issues we had she came with potential solutions as well. She consistently asked if I needed anything brought me water and was just amazing. There was a small issue after the wedding with florals but nothing I couldn’t handle and there was a million things happening so I do not blame her. I highly suggest Sylvia and complete weddings. And if you are not sure about getting a day of coordinator DO IT!!!

The staff we worked with- Nina Borseth (day of coordinator), Cassandra Princino (operations manager), Niki Nova (DJ), Jennifer Kurth (photographer), and Jeremy westrum (videographer) Everyone was absolutely lovely to work with. I am excited to see our video and photography when it is ready. I know our guests appreciated the music and had a great time on the dance floor. I very much appreciate having a day of coordinator to help worry about the details and keeping everyone on track and on time so that we could enjoy our day and be present. We will be having a second reception in California this coming Saturday and had asked that a short video be available for us to show. I have been assured that it will be completed before Saturday and so appreciate the hard work that I know is going into fast tracking the work so we can get a sneak peak. I am excited to see the product! Thank you to all the staff that was there to support us on our big day!

Working with complete weddings and events was a breeze. They made it super easy to pick services, time, the type of people we want at our wedding, even helped create a timeline of the day. The photographer, Sean Merewood, and DJ, Max Satory, they paired us up with were phenomenal and made our wedding day perfect!

It was nice to see the Dj having fun with us not just sitting behind her stand. Easy to work with and flexible with timeline. Very encouraging to get people on the dance floor without being in your face. Super Willing to help with other tasks as well!

We had the BEST experience with our videographer Travis Rivers and our DJ Lexi Whiting! They were both so incredible to work with and made our day stress free. Travis was running around doing everything we asked and more and Lexi was taking requests and schedule changes on the fly with no problem! We are so grateful. 10/10!

You were very professional, offering reminders and check-ins, times to meet and go over details, initiating contact with us instead of us having to track you down for things, a mostly-easy-to-use online portal to go over details, and friendly people to work with.
