Alex our DJ and Esmond our photographer did an absolutely Amazing job at our Wedding! From the beginning with booking …Sarah who was extremely helpful and very responsive and kept me informed of the process and all of my adds one with the Uplighting and a Monogram of our names on the wall.. to Alex the DJ who kept the party going all night and Esmond the photographer that was very knowledgeable and suggested great areas for photos!!! We highly recommended them!

Here's a revised version: --- I cannot express enough how positive my experience was with Complete Weddings and Events. From my initial consultation, I immediately felt at ease—so much so that I booked all of my services on the spot. I opted for day-of coordination, DJ, uplighting, photo booth, photography, and videography. The process was incredibly stress-free; I didn’t need to worry about coordinating details and timelines with multiple vendors. They handled everything seamlessly, with most of my communication going through my coordinator, Sarah, and my photographer, Christine. After booking, I filled out a detailed questionnaire on their website, which made the follow-up consultations with my assigned vendors quick and efficient. As our big day approached, the weather forecast wasn’t looking good. Our venue, Grace River Island Resort in Fort Myers, was chosen specifically for its beautiful outdoor amenities, but Hurricane Debby had other plans. Unfortunately, everything had to be moved indoors. Though this was disappointing, Sarah and Christine kept me calm and reassured, offering multiple backup plans just days before the wedding. In the end, we had to go with Plan C, which was far from what I had imagined. Despite the drastic changes, I felt surprisingly calm, thanks to their thorough planning and support. They flawlessly executed last-minute adjustments, making sure the day was still special. Although my original timeline went out the window, they made everything work, and I ended up having a beautiful ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Due to the weather, we couldn’t take as many photos as I’d hoped, but Christine even offered to arrange another session on a sunnier day to capture the shots I wanted. Her dedication to making my wedding dreams come true was remarkable—she spent over 10 hours with me, making sure I felt comfortable and supported the entire time. Sarah, I can’t thank you enough for managing the chaos of my day with such grace. Our DJ, Cherale, was outstanding and kept the energy alive throughout the reception. Martin, the videographer, was incredibly professional, capturing all the key moments without ever being intrusive. And Caasi, the photo booth attendant, was a hit with our guests, bringing great energy to the event. Thank you Complete Weddings + Events for making my wedding day unforgettable!

Lots of personality and could get any party going

It was nice to have everything at one company. Everyone we dealt with was absolutely amazing to work with. All the event coordinators we worked with helped us get through any stress we had as our wedding was a destination. I would definitely recommended this company for any event you may be planning.

They communicated in a timely manner and also kept an open line of communication throughout our time together. I had decided on a videographer kind of last minute and they were very accommodating and happy to help. The day of, they were super pleasant and with great work ethic. 10/10 would recommend them at any event!

We used the photographer and DJ from Complete Weddings + Events all for our wedding reception and it went perfectly! Of course, there are hiccups in any big event, but the team really made sure it all went as smooth as possible. The DJ Joseph Castro was very lively, making the atmosphere fun and comfortable. The photographer Chris Gerber was very detailed oriented, making sure the photos came out to fit our aesthetic and vibe! They both did a great job in representing this company! Shortly after submitting my inquiry through your website, I was contacted by Sarah who was very informative, responsive and patient/thorough in answering all of my questions. I also worked with Jeff on designing a custom screen for our event. He too was patient and went through several rounds of creative to make sure the design was perfect for our event. Wonderful customer service overall. The booth itself was great as well. We really liked how sleek the overall design of it is and how little space it took up. The lighting also came in handy in our dark dining room. Glorimar (the booth attendant) was also a pleasure to work with. We host this style event in various markets and have often experienced issues with the attire the attendants wear. As a fine dining restaurant, it's important that everyone is dressed appropriately and a good representation of our brand. I appreciate Glorimar taking all of that into consideration and dressing up for our event. She was pleasant, always smiling and engaging with guests, which goes a long way. The only issue we ran into was the booth connecting to our Wi-Fi the first night of our event. Glorimar had a hotspot with her, but it was being used to level out the booth so it stood straight. As a solution, I offered up the hotspot on my phone which worked for a little bit, but wasn't the strongest connection and it likely disconnected at some point during the event. This resulted in guests not receiving their photos until the next day. We had several guests come up to us throughout the event asking why they hadn't received theirs. They were understanding when I explained it was a connectivity issue and they would receive it once we had connection, it just wasn't an ideal situation. Looking back, I wish we would have used something else to level out the booth so the hotspot could have been used for its true purpose. This was corrected the second day by using a linen instead of the hotspot, and guests/team members were happy to be receiving their photos so quickly. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Complete Weddings + Events. Thank you!

You don't understand how much we loved Alex. We are a little quirky and wanted to have a fight scene at our ceremony. We'll it rained on my wedding day and Alex went out of his way to help! He mixed our music and double checked with us when the kids ended up staying out later than we expected. (We had some explicit music planned originally) honestly he was incredible. We feel so blessed to have him as our Dj. The best part about using this company was that I could plan ahead. (I like to feel prepared) so I signed my contract middle of last year. My original d.j. moved away and the company helped me find the best dj for our set up. Also originally I didn't want a dj at the ceremony and they helped me add one later on after my mother in law demanded it. 10/10 thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Alex and Jay were the best. I would highly recommend them for any and all events. They are so much more than photographers and DJ - Jay will make you feel so at ease with pictures and dose an amazing job of going with the flow of it all. So personable and prepared for anything. -Alex is not only a great DJ but also bartender and adapts music to the crowd to make everyone at ease. Clear strong voice and super friendly. Well spoken great at communicating Capable of motivating and moving the group They were both very prompt and dressed appropriately I would have given them both a 15 but that was not an option. Also Sarah was amazing at communicating from the office as well.

Sarah was my initial contact. She answered all my questions and helped me choose the right package for me. Alex, one of the managers, helped ease some concerns that followed the wedding. He is very kind and listened to my concerns. The sound quality and uplighting for our wedding was absolutely perfect!

The prep-work attention to detail from Cherale was great, he was on top of keeping things moving. The sound system for outside was great as well as in the venue. Great job with no hiccups.

Drew was amazing very happy he was our DJ. He kept the party Gling and had EVERYONE on the dance floor. Will 100% have him as our DJ for future events! The Lohrs

We used Christine for photography for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah and Amy for Event Planning and they were both amazing! Amy was so diligent and knew exactly what needed to be done to make our daughter's Bat Mitzvah the perfect day. Everything turned out exactly how we wanted it to. Christine was the best photographer, she made family pictures a dream and the pictures turned out beautifully. Would definitely recommend both of them for anyone planning an event.

Jason was phenomenal and made our wedding day unforgettable! He did a fantastic job as a DJ and just a fun addition to the wedding.

From the start, the team was very open with communication. I appreciated the survey they sent out about our preferences for the photobooth and the DJ. The only downside was that I missed a few calls because I was unavailable to discuss details with them.

Drew at Complete Weddings & Events made our wedding experience amazing! He was very easy to work with and made all the accommodations that you would request. He was very good at reading the crowd and creating a great atmosphere for everyone. We received many compliments from out guests on what a great job the DJ did. He even got out on the dance floor himself! 10/10 would recommend.
