I appreciate the automatic delivery and monitoring so I don't have to call or worry about running out of propane. The discount programs are helpful. I never have any complaints about the team doing the deliveries. The on-line payments since the merger/acquisition has been a nice bonus.

Of course the delivery guys and office staff! But...that prepay program saved me money since this winter was very cold and propane fireplace was running full time from December until March. Kept the house warm and didn't worry about having to current propane prices.
