The whole process was great. From the initial consult to processing the account, the customer relations, when you contact them, they actual contact you back, ease of payment, scheduling and keeping the date. I just wish they contacted me the day or two before just to confirm but thats not a deal breaker because they did still show up on the date. The guys that came out were great and did a professional job and definitely had the customer experience as #1. Shout out to all and would definitely recommend. Joe

I am not quite sure how to answer this now that consumer propane been bought by somebody else. I was a long-term customer and recommended to many people. It is my hopes that this great relationship will continue and the service will not change. So far so good ..thank you for your reason delivery! The young lady who answered the phone answered all my questions ! It was nice to hear a customer service person and not an answering machine this was part of what consumer propane was known for Real customer service.
