I placed my order online the night before Valentine's day. I called the store next day early to make sure the got the order, since I waited last minute. The lady in the phone was very nice and friendly (Great customer service). I requested early delivery and my husband received the basket by 10:00 am. The basket was very beautiful and the cookies cute and fresh. Thank you so much
Although I would recommend, I was a little heart broken that the message was wrong on the cookie. It was supposed to say "you caught my heart" which is why I had baseball cookies put in the basket, and the special message went along with the message on the card with the basket (which was correct). But since the cookie was wrong and just said "happy Valentine's Day" my card didn't make sense. :-(. I wasn't going to say anything but since I got the email for feedback I decided to share how incredibly disappointed I was by that. The basket was beautiful otherwise, the cookies were delicious, from what I was told, and it arrived on time. And the person who took my order was polite and I know it was an honest mistake...just a bummer because it would have even been even better if the message was right
The person who helped me for a same day delivery, I believe her NE was Irma, was absolutely wonderful and so helpful, friendly and patient. The recipient of the cookies reportedly couln't stop raving about how wonderful the cookies were. Thank you you so very much!!!
