I sent a large basket of two dozen cookies to our ranch foreman who was having back surgery. I sent a bunch because I figured that sharing them with his nurses would be a nice way to get on their good side. Our foreman is everything you expect of a Texas ranch foreman, but the cookies brought out his sweet nature (the pain meds may have helped on that too). I spoke to his wife to check on him, and she said that the cookies were a huge hit with everyone. Also, when I made the order I asked that, since he was going to be in surgery at midday, the cookies not arrive too early in the morning. Just as I had asked, the cookies arrived around 1:00. So, not only are their cookies great tasting, but Cookies by Design also has great customer service. I highly recommend Cookies by Design.

I sent the cookies to a very special little girl--a close friend's granddaughter. The little girl was thrilled! The delivery driver was SO SWEET! He wished her a happy birthday! What a special guy to do that! It made her feel so special. I thank him from the bottom of my heart for that. The cookies were decorated just like the pictures. They were beautiful. I was told that they were delicious! Thank you so very much for your attention to detail and for delivering just what I ordered. Most importantly, thank you for making delicious cookies. So many places bake cookies that may look beautiful but taste terrible. Yours are both beautiful and TASTE GREAT.
