Very nice, helpful,friendly, courteous associate on the phone. Asked me what I was wanting and Offered great suggestions.
Was a little concerned about the cookies being delivered this way… in the past I have ordered and had delivered from in town. (Really miss our store in Louisville Ky)
My friend loved it and said she had never gotten anything like it!

I am very happy with the service I received. I was actually looking for a local delivery to Louisville but could not find one. The young lady I spoke with assured me that if the people at the memory care facility opened the package, the cookies would look like the picture and would appear as a local delivery. The shipment was on time and delivered as requested. My friend was delighted and loved the cookies. I very much appreciated the helpfulness of the Cookies By Design staff. I'm sorry I cannot remember the young lady's name.

I made a mistake on delivery date, it was an Easter gift for my grandaughter. Linda called me to reconfirm the date because the date I filled in was the week after Easter. She saved the day with that follow-up call. My granddaughter had her Easter basket for Easter. Thank you for caring about your customers and cookies were GREAT.
