Cookies By Design has been providing a custom/signature cookie for Life EMS for a few years now. Each time the cookies are at an event the comments are that the cookies are decorated just like the Life EMS ambulance and they are delicious. The staff is very friendly and responsive to questions. I had a lot of problems logging in to order online. I called the number and the employe was so very helpful, kind, and friendly. Even called me the next day to see if I wanted to send a message with my order, which I had forgotten to do the day before. So glad she did!! Glad you guys are always there when I need you!!

I ordered 17 dozen mini cupcakes: Swiss Alps, Lemon, and Cookies & Cream. They were all delicious and all the guests were raving about how great they were. Didn't have many leftover which is a great sign. Will definitely order again for future events!

The Whole experience was great! 😊 ! I called them and they answered my questions. Then I went on-line and ordered them. I emailed my sister-in-law and told her that these cookies were very expensive. She said I spent too much money for her mom. Then when my sister-in-law received the cookies, she said they were worth it! She sent me a picture of the beautiful bouquet. Her mom is enjoying the cookies!
