I’m in California and ordered a basketful of cookies to be delivered to the UIUC dorm for our daughter’s 20th BD. She told us the cookies were surprisingly good. The delivery was on the date of her BD. I had to call the shop to get the delivery window. If that information had been on the order then I don’t have to call but overall it’s good and might do it again next year

My ordering experience was very easy. My family LOVE your cookies & we have never been disappointed. My first purchase was in 2004 for our first Grandbaby's arrival (I had cookie basket sent to the hospital instead of flowers)!!! I've purchased 2 more Grandbaby arrivals after that. New parents were "very" excited to see it. The only complaint I would have is there's no notification of the order shipping or the ability to track shipment. In case I'd need to run an errand unexpectedly & wouldn't be there to bring inside immediately. They are a little on the high side on pricing, but I will definately order again in the future...GREAT cookies!!!
