Had my brake pads renewed, after 6 months. Another fantastic job done which is why I always like to get my brakes done at Cooksons. A great bunch of guys at the shop as well makes the customer experience really great.

As always Cooksons pulled out all the stops to meet my needs.. The team never fail to impress me with their customer service.. Proof of the pudding they say is in the eating, Cookson Cycles have now supplied all the family bikes for several years, so nearing 20 bikes in total. Cant fault the team

Every time i visit Cooksons , every member of staff is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They are informative but not pushy at the same time. I highly recommend anyone wanting to buy a bike in the North West to give them a try, you will not be dissapointed.

Rang them to ask for a price and availability for a repair . They gave an indicative price over the phone (Was a complex repair ). Repair completed and 50% less than indicative price given over phone. Honest and great knowledgeable team Highly recommend their services . Thanks

Mega service again from Cookson's. Sorted me out in the nick off time to send me away on my biking holiday. Sean and the lads went above and beyond to make sure my bike was all sorted with its replacement parts. When you buy a bike from Cookson's you know they will be there long after the purchase to make sure everything is just as it should be. Excellent customer service. Thanks again 👍👍👍
