From the very first question about electric mountain bikes we were treated superbly. Everything was fully explained to us. We were measured up and the salesman made sure that the bikes suited our shape, size and riding requirements. We paid a deposit and the bikes were held for us until we were able to pick them up. At the pick up, we were treated just as well. Nothing was too much trouble. All in all brilliant service.
