I have shopped at Cooksons for both my son’s mountain bikes. The other week one was stolen after having a lock cut off it. I went in and Shawn was really friendly and helpful when choosing a new bike for my son. We also picked up some substantial locks to hopefully prevent this happening again. The service is always brilliant in Cooksons and I would highly recommend shopping there for all your cycling needs.

The guys at Cooksons offer the best advice and are always patient dealing with my questions. They are helpful and informative and importantly never judge or make you feel daft for asking questions (even though they may be silly or have been heard a thousand times) They go the extra mile to help. The service is always professional and friendly. I've never felt rushed and they spare the time to discuss things properly and often a conversation will include the whole team who offer advice or real riding experience to recommend a product or idea. It's a great shop with a great team. The work is always carried out promptly and to a high standard. If I'm giving stars it's a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service from me. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a new E Bike from Cookson, I had seen one in Evan’s and was going to buy from there but thought I would try Cookson , they done me a better deal it also seemed more friendlier and more like a family run business. All the lads are great they go out of there way to sort any issues you may have. I would definitely recommend Cookson and will be shopping in there in the future. Thanks
