Absolutely incredible service through and through! Honestly cant say enough good things about the company and staff i had the pleasure of dealing with. This was my first time using yourselves and it was very special as i was buying my first EMTB. Shaun I cant thank you enough for giving up time on a day off to rectify the issue with the bike and then to hand deliver it all the way down to Bristol for me to make sure I managed to make my trip this weekend was unreal! The customer service that I experienced from the start to the delivery was on a level that is almost unheard of these days. Friendly, professional and honest throughout the whole process. The bike has well and truly been put to the test today on hard, muddy trails which was only possible because of you. So once again thank you for making it happen!

I initially contacted Cookson Cycles to ask about the availability of the Amflow bikes. I spoke to a gent called Rick initially and at points through the transaction process. He was really helpful throughout, answered all of my questions and was friendly and knowledgable. When I visited the store I was greeted by a gent called Ethan, he was a real credit to the company. Knowledgeable, down to earth and came across very passionate. Ethan answered all of my questions, set me off on a test ride and after purchasing the Amflow Carbon Pro, delivered the bike to my property. He helped me to register the bike and alter the suspension to my liking. It’s the first time I’ve used Cookson Cycles but from my positive experience would certainly recommend to friends and family. I am loving my new bike! Thanks guys! David.

excellent quality bike that i ordered and the service was exceptionally good. Ordered the bike on the Tuesday and collected it Wednesday evening, the day after. I just had my bike in for it's free service and once again the service guys went above and beyond to sort out a few minor issues on top of the service. Definitely recommend Cooksons to others.

From the moment I walked into the shop, all the staff were professional and genuinely happy to help. I dealt with Ricky, whose knowledge of bikes, cycling, and what actually works is second to none. There was no pushy sales approach or pressure to buy there and then, which I really appreciated. When I left the shop, I felt confident that I had the perfect bike, fitted exactly to me. I’ll definitely be returning.
