My husband and I bought a road bike each and we were extremely grateful for the time and attention we were given to ensure our set up was correct. The bikes are fabulous and we feel confident that if we run in to any problems we can contact Cooksons and they will be happy to help. We bought 2 Amflow PLs at the end of January. We were walked through the set up and answered any questions we had (as it'sour first ebike), they charged our bikes so we could go for a ride local to the shop we wanted to try as we are 2 hours away at home. Since then their after sales support has been 5 star, we've had help replacing a broken dropper lever after a crash, a warranty issue quickly resolved and also technical support over the phone and via email, always happy to help. A friendly and professional service.
