Honestly the best bike shop, customer service is excellent and they went above and beyond to starve a part for my e bike battery so I didn't have to buy a whole new battery which would have cost hundreds. Saved me a fortune. Very honest, trustworthy and reliable. I've also had my bike serviced from here in the past to an excellent standard. Reallt reasonably prices as well and seem to have a good range of bikes in store for sale. Wouldn't go anywhere else for all things bike related!

All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about bikes (and more particularly their problems). I've had occasions where my bike is not behaving, and I've popped into Cookson and they've had a quick look at it and got me back on the road within a few minutes. I know that sometimes you have to wait a couple of weeks before they can fit a repair in, but it's generally worth waiting for the experts to perform their magic. Remember, Cookson Cycles have been around for a very long time, and nobody I know has a bad word to say about the quality of the service they've received from them.
