Took my haibike here for an issue with the battery under warranty. Battery was replaced under warranty with a small amount of labour to pay. Great coms throughout diagnosis and repair. Very happy with the work completed. Will be taking my bike here for service when it’s due. Thanks

Great deal on a new bike. Guys in shop were really helpful and Rick gave me a great introduction to the bike and set it up for me. Great service all round.

The service was professional, prompt and friendly. There was the flexibility to drop my bike off pre service, and collect up to seven days after which I found really helpful due to life commitments. Overall I can not fault the service received in anyway

Fantastic service from Cookson Cycles! Took two bikes in for repairs and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The price was very reasonable, the service was quick and professional, and the communication throughout was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and clearly knew their stuff. Bikes are running perfectly now. Highly recommend! 🚲👍
