My experience purchasing a new bike from Cookson Cycles was excellent, thanks in no small part to Shaun! From start to finish, the communication was fantastic, keeping me informed every step of the way. When I went to collect my new bike, Shaun was brilliant – he took the time to thoroughly show me through everything, explaining all the features and controls clearly. Shaun's knowledge and helpfulness made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend him and Cookson Cycles!

Great service, had been emailing Rick and he responded very quickly and dealt with my request professionally. When I came to collect me bike I saw Rick again and another guy didn't catch his name but we're both friendly helpful and extremely knowledgeable, was a very smooth transaction and I just love my new bike tested it out at Sherwood pines on Sunday and it was amazing! Buying a EMTB can be a major decision when you take into consideration the specification, technical data and the numerous models that are available today not to mention the financial outlay .Therefore you need to seek out professional advice, help and support with people who know what they are talking about irrespective of whether a sale depends on the outcome . The staff at Cooksons are experts in guiding and helping you to make the right choice their knowledge and professionalism remains outstanding . This is probably because the staff are keen cyclists themselves . They are perfectionists ensuring they deliver outstanding service and quality products to their customers at all times. They really do go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction . This is now the second bike I have purchased from Cooksons and once again my sincere thanks goes out to Sean and his staff for all their assistance . Regards Alan Brown
