Cooksons we're really easy to deal with, I bought the bike via their website but arranged for collection in person. I emailed the shop asking if I could collect it in a couple of days and they asked me I wanted the boke set up tubeless and if I was OK for pedals as they had a selection I could choose from and buy when I picked the bike up. Really easy to deal with and very polite.

Great!! Other than the wait time for a service I was very happy. I understand this time of year is busy for bike stuff. Fixed my son’s rear gears and charged me accordingly which made all the difference. Everything clearly explained. Due to the above I will definitely use you again and recommend you.
