Trek of CLT Lake Norman has consistently provided outstanding service for our bikes over the years. This week, I purchased an another new Trek bike from the Lake Norman store after doing extensive research beforehand. Doug was incredibly helpful in finalizing my decision. His years of biking experience really showed as he clearly explained the differences between the two bikes I was considering and test riding. Having that level of knowledgeable guidance made the entire process much easier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a bike or needing service.

Marcy was knowledgeable, thorough & made sure I understood what repairs were needed & what repairs might be necessary after further inspection. Provided me with anticipated completion date & stated that if work wasn’t completed by then, she would call, give update on status & new anticipated completion date, You called & sent email as promised. In addition, you updated me on why you needed extra time & provided new estimated completion date. You kept your word & completed the repairs early. The repair works was done flawlessly & you gave me my bike back looking better than new. Great service, kept your commitments & were very focused on satisfying me as your customer. Have recommended you to many fellow bikers.
