Store members were so great!! Took my call ahead of time and had my 2 bikes ready to go. Attached our kickstands. Stayed late to make sure we were all set up and ready to go. Really really positive experience!!

I super appreciated Spencer taking the time to help educate me on how to use the electronic controls of my new boat and to adjust my seat and handlebars so that it fit to my frame. And to answer the many questions I had as well as to make sure that the bike was fully ready for me to ride before I left the store!

We bought our son a Trek bike about three years ago and he loves it! He spent the first couple days riding as much as he could to earn rewards. It's been a great bike. The service from the time we bought it to now has been great! All the ca reps have been friendly and helpful.
