The service I received despite only purchasing a kids bike was fantastic. Clayton at the Lake Norman store was great. When I placed my bike order, he gave me a call within only a few minutes to ensure I ordered the proper bike as we had spoken about a few models the day before. He kept me updated and had the bike ready before I anticipated. He also remembered me by name and thanked me as I was walking out with the bike. The bike is beautiful as well. Thank you!

We stopped by to look at bikes for my 8 year old nephew from PA. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. They hooked us up with a great bike that will surely see us through several years of adventures on single track and a helmet for both him and his younger brother. They kindly pumped up my 4 year old nephew’s tires (we were traveling and I had nothing with me), and fixed his front brake at no cost. Left with a new Marlin 5 that is sure to see a ton of PA and NC trails, and two super stoked little boys who immediately went to ride. My daughter also found a new helmet and sunglasses she loves. Great selection, reasonable prices and an overall great experience. Also fun to chat with the staff about their support of the local NICA team and its student athletes. They have also shown great support to our NC GRiT program in the past, beyond what we hoped and without hesitation. Personally, those points alone means a ton to me. Phenomenal store and company. On par with the experience I have come to expect from Trek - the best!

Marcie has been an amazing resource - since I moved to Mooresville last summer. Having been a Trek rider for over 20 years, it’s a pleasure to have a great local shop.
When it came time to replace my mtn bike, Marcie was very very helpful and knowledgeable. Being more of a road rider the last few years, she also brought me up to speed on the latest MTB tech - and helped me decide which bike best fit my needs.
Bonus: Bob was also fantastic - in both getting my bike built very quickly (and sharing an appreciation of vintage bikes).

Trek is an excellent brand. High quality bicycles at a reasonable price vs other brands.
I've bought several bikes from your Mooresville, NC store over the years and I've always been very happy with the products and service there.
I just purchased a Trek Domane SL 7 Gen 4 and I'm very happy with it - an amazing bike really. So light, responsive, high-tech.
I'd like to call out Marci Noble Ellison for her amazing service. I immediately felt comfortable with her due to her product knowledge and skill at exploring my needs in a bicycle. I feel that we arrived at exactly the right biycle, though it was an upgrade from what I had intended.
My wife is now considering buying a new Trek, too. We will definitely reach out to Marci for her help again. We rate Marci a 10 out of 10 re: expertise. Thank you.
