We had a new technician. He arrived on time and prepared. He was professional and friendly. I really appreciated that he sent his report so quickly. This allowed me to close my Work Order in a very timely basis. He also had his license on him so that I could make a copy and include it in our COOPER PEST SOLUTIONS binder. We look forward to his next monthly visit.
