Area coordinator for my services and contract stays in touch and is responsive to calls or questions. Service personnel carry out necessary actions in looking for rodent activity and in sealing possible entry points. Service technicians also answer questions well when they visit.

I want to be contacted a day or two before the tech visit. I want to have to have a the interior of the house treated on each visit and also accompany the treatment if possible.
