We have been customers of Cooper for many years. The service has always been terrific. Recently, I spent time in a hospital due to a hornet sting. The Cooper attendant took extreme care on our deck to make sure the nests were gone once I left the hospital. Thank you, Cooper, for always having my back!

I always get a response for service in a reasonable amount of time. The scheduled appointments are also timely. The technicians, especially Edwin, explain the process and answer questions I have about pest solutions. They make suggestions that are helpful in maintaining my home re: pest control.

Very happy with Cooper. They do routine maintenance and keep us posted about any problems they find. When we call them in with a specific issue (e.g. ants in the kitchen, hornets' nest right where my grandkids play), they respond quickly and always fix the issue.
