Coach Megan and team are all very friendly and approachable. Any concern she is available at any time. I know it takes a lot to put a swim meet but it always goes flawless. Thank you for everything that you do.

The women at the check in desk are friendly and upbeat! The facility is clean. The strength class is wonderful!! There's variety in the exercises and music. The music volume is perfect! I've been to classes where the music is so loud I think the walls are pulsating. The staff and participants are friendly! I drive 20 minutes from Flower Mound just to take Diane's class. Time flies by! The class at Flower Mound on Wednesday is terrible. I could fall asleep while exercising. Same music, same exercises Boring!! I love this Y!!!

I have been going to the YMCA in coppell for almost 18 years for water aerobics. Every summer we have problems with space/swim lessons/lap lane availability. This summer is the worst ever as the 20-25 people who routinely attend the water aerobics class are being limited to 3 lanes. It frustrates me because in my experience lap lane swimmers sign up for a month or two prior to a race. They may come a couple times a week for about 20-30 min. I do not understand why it would not be possible to exclude 9-9:45 for lap swim to allow us time. The response I get from administration is that camp has taken the afternoons away from lap swim and we are being punished.

We enjoyed playing volleyball this season. It was very difficult to have all our games in Highland Village compared to in the Coppell area; we were not expecting that change. The communication regarding the end of the season tournament could have been a bit more professional.
