We’ve been customers since this was Core Pest back in 2022, and we’ve always had a great experience. The transition to Aruza hasn’t changed that at all. This week, though, Sam somehow managed to raise the bar even higher. He was easily the most thorough technician we’ve ever had out. He checked every nook, cranny, piece of outdoor furniture, trim line, and hiding spot around the house like the bugs had personally offended him. At one point he was genuinely excited to show me the spiders and other pests he had found and eliminated, which honestly made me laugh. You can tell he really cares about what he does and takes pride in doing it right. I’m pretty sure after Sam’s visit we’re good until at least 2030! We’ve always been happy customers, but Sam went seriously hard-Core (pun intended) on this service. Highly recommend Aruza, and if you get Sam, your bugs are having a very bad day.

So far no bugs in my townhouse since moving in two years ago. The pest control person arrived at a very convenient time, introduced himself (he told me his name but I've forgotten it) told me what he would be doing, and was finished in quick order. Highly recommended!
