The instructors at Adam’s Morgan in DC are amazing. They know my name, my limitations, and always have an inclusive experience, meaning they are there to make sure everyone is safe and satisfied.

I had a wonderful time taking Grace's class at the Adams Morgan location. She was very welcoming, and the class size was exactly what I was looking for in a 7:00 AM Sunday morning class. One thing I would explore with the Adams Morgan location is more vibey lighting within the studio. I think the lighting can make a huge difference in the tone of the class.

Adams Morgan Corepower has such a nice sense of community. There are several instructors who are incredible. They are great teachers and so friendly. I'd especially like to shout out Ricky S, Trish T, Sam L, Natalie K, and Joaquin O!

The teacher had a very positive vibe and overall emotional state. She was obviously new - Many little left/right errors and such - but that’s because it was a new sequence for her. She added some personal touches that were different- Goddess Pose to half Moon for example - and this made it fresh. The studio seemed to have some bathroom issues - hopefully they will fix that - There was a definite sewage smell throughout. I gave a very positive review because this is the kind of teacher who will inspire new members into joining

great instructors. excellent. no one is on their phones , instructors make sure class does not use phones. Love Kathryn Ke and Griffin as instructors, they listen to feedback, personalized, monitor, help with microadjustments and are creative in their practice.

I like my core power instructors. They are wonderful and well trained. I hope they get compensated fairly for their hard work. I’ve read online that core power instructors get very low pay despite having full classes. I have not raised this with my personal instructors but have seen discourse about this on the internet.

Great to try a free week. Great teachers, facility, location and scheduling. The yoga sculpt classes are a perfect blend of cardio, weights and yoga. Just wish there are more low or no heat classes.
