It is gentle enough on my body that I am able to modify and do what works with me, at the same time building a lot of strength and balance. This is perfect for those who want to remain independent as long as possible, move within their body with more ease, and find balance and strength in everyday life. The breathing techniques help so much with managing stress and anxiety. It gives me a little more time before I react, and it’s a whole body workout.

Love the studio and the instructors. I wish they offered more StrengthX classes as that is my typical go to workout. They have tons of yoga classes but not enough options for StrengthX.

I love how the temperature and exercise create combination in toning my body. Super worked for my body. Toned my muscles and feel like it kind of sculpted my over all look. Super love it, huge fan - I don’t even know how many people I took them for the class.
