This was my first time ever trying hot yoga, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect—but I really enjoyed the experience. It was definitely intense and pushed me more than I thought, but in a good way. I felt challenged the entire time, and even though it wasn’t easy, I’m really glad I stuck through it.
After the class, I felt amazing—refreshed, accomplished, and already looking forward to coming back. I’m excited to take full advantage of the free week and keep building on this. Definitely a great first experience.
Great experience at CorePower Yoga. The instructors are knowledgeable and experienced, the studio is always clean, and there’s a great variety of classes to choose from. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making it an easy place to keep coming back to.
I took a C2 class with Megan Benn. I really loved this class and instructor. She was incredibly attentive and mindful of postpartum needs, offering thoughtful modifications and gentle encouragement throughout. I felt supported, not pushed, and appreciated how she created a space that felt both safe and empowering.
I love how sweet the people are and the instructors are amazing. Every single one I’ve gotten has given me a great workout. The only thing that’s holding me back about getting about getting a membership is how expensive it is.
