Class was good but the teacher left the door open once we started core all the way until the end of class. It only made the heat work more. It was hot when she opened the door but not out of the ordinary. But once she opened the door the heat stayed on which made me feel light headed.

CorePower Yoga has been such a positive addition to my life. I’m grateful that a friend recommended it to me, because from the beginning I have felt welcomed, supported, and encouraged as I start what is still a fledgling yoga practice. What I appreciate most is that CorePower has helped me recognize how much I needed yoga, not just as exercise, but as a meaningful part of taking care of myself. The instructors create an environment that feels approachable and motivating, and each class gives me the opportunity to build strength, focus, and confidence at my own pace. I’m thankful for the support I’ve received so far and excited to continue growing in my practice. Corepower is a studio where I feel like it's a sense of community. From familiar faces to new, the atmosphere is always welcoming and non judgmental. Instructors possess a perfect balance between presenting the opportunity to challenge yourself with new poses or improve your craft. I would most definitely recommend.
