I'm always greeted with a friendly and welcoming smile. The free sunday flow classes with Lani are fun, challenging and I always learn something. Those classes are the ones that made me feel comfortable and confident enough to try others.

There are some amazing teachers at this studio. I think Gaynor's cuing is really effective and I like how much she emphasizes correct form and taking the pose to the level that is right for your body. The changing room is comfortable and I appreciate the showers.

I like the sense of community and everyone getting to show up as they are, no performative pressure or social pressure, and the teachers’ approach to being challenging while always accommodating those who need modifications.

I love core power. Everyone is friendly and willing to help, it’s always so clean and everyone is welcoming in class. I do wish they were able to decorate and have fun within the building like they used to but I’m glad the classes and instructors haven’t changed!

The teachers are great, wonderful variation of classes and time, and clean studio. Two very small potential improvement suggestions for the studio. One, please put a clock on the wall in the woman’s bathroom (helps to make sure I’m on time to class). Two, when I take CSX classes often there aren’t enough weights for all of us since they’ve become such popular classes. Mainly the middle weights, like 8 but more-so 12 and 15, and some times the 20 pound weights. Could the studio possibly get more 12 and 15 pound weights in particular to start with? Fabulous studio overall!

I love the Aurora studio! The teachers are all incredible! They challenge you, the flows are creative and they keep it fresh and new. The studio is modern and clean. Danielle is a fantastic manager with an eye for attention to detail. She also listens to the members and cares about offering the right classes at the right times!
