That even though it is part of a corporate entity, it doesn't feel that way - it is a small community of wonderful instructors and students It is awesome to have a studio just minutes away to gather.

The instructors are extremely helpful with adjusting poses for any physical problems you may have. They are extremely nice and patient. I always feel so much looser and better physically after each class.
