I had practiced regularly at Core Power Yoga several years ago, but took a hiatus because my husband became very ill. I just rejoined and, while I’m not as strong as I used to be, I believe participating in Core Power Yoga classes will get me back to my ideal strength and flexibility. I like being pushed to my limits without over stressing it and the instructors are helping me to do that.
