I took YS with Lauren Legum. She was clear, kind and motivated us to push ourselves yet listen to our body and stay with our breath. She showed modifications and made the workout engaging and fun. I loved her class and will take it again.

Great classes and instructors. I do wish’s the instructors would do two things (for the YS classes);
1) either wear a mic or not play the music too loud
2) remind people to place mats on the markers. At crowded classes people struggle to find spots - or maybe not let in so many people?
Many of the classes are well paced and the right amount of challenge. I especially like the format of Patti’s classes because she puts the exercises on the mirror and I can more easily pick the right weights that way. I also like the predictability of Patti’s classes. I would like to see 45 minute CSX classes offered during weekdays that start at 6:45 or 7 am. The weekday morning offerings are either too early or too late for getting to work on time and one hour is too long for the early hour.
Great classes but please lower the limit to number of people in YS and please encourage instructors to use headsets. It’s very hard to hear them when the music is blaring and when they are on the floor
The coaches at CorePower Yoga are absolutely amazing. They’re motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your progress. Every class feels supportive and energizing, and they do a great job helping you improve your strength, flexibility, and confidence. My years long membership is high priority for me.

I love Karen, Rob, Tony, Aimee and everybody else, too, I have not had a class I did not like at this studio in a couple of years, I have zero complaints...
