I love my neighborhood CP! The parking is easy, the teachers are fabulous, and I love the variety of classes and times available. I also like that more special events have been happening like the electrolyte/energy drink sponsored class! My only feedback would be to offer more 8am classes throughout the week!

The studios are clean, and I like that music is played during the yoga class. Also, I go to a variety of classes so I can experience different instructors. We also get our parking validated, which is a wonderful added perk. Thank you.

I love taking Emilio’s class! He’s very intentional with all his movements and he explains everything very well so I don’t have to keep looking up. He also has a banging playlist!

It was such a pleasure! The facility is beautiful and feels brand new. I loved the instructor; she was so kind. Not only did she work the front desk but also took charge of the Studio. She really challenged me to twist and turn, and I was so impressed. I’m looking forward to going back sometime soon.
