Variety in classes and music
Really like when classes have emphasis on listening to your body, making class your own
Also like when different options are suggested for poses for example depending on whether you are looking out for your back that day or if your hamstrings are extra tight because you went for a run (helps me to understand and care for my body better during yoga).
All of the instructors have been so helpful and supportive - I'm new on my yoga journey and was a bit intimidated when I started. I have a toddler and very little time to myself so I'm out of shape and struggling to get back. But I never feel judged, my questions are welcomed and answered and I feel fantastic when I'm done!
