I love how empowering and grounding the experience feels at the same time. The heated classes push you mentally and physically, but you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and stronger. I also like that every class can feel different depending on the instructor and flow, so it never gets boring. The atmosphere is motivating without feeling overly intimidating, and it becomes a space where you can disconnect from stress and reconnect with yourself. The mix of strength, mindfulness, stretching, and community makes it feel like more than just a workout.
The instructor (Alexis) put us through an intense workout that challenged me to better myself and walked away feeling super excited about the class. The class was also "sold out" which is a testament to how others viewed Alexis' class and dedication us
I LOVE CorePower. I was never into workout classes but CorePower truly changed the game for me. All the teachers are so warm and welcoming and I love how it feels like both a workout and meditation all in one. My only qualm is with how crowded some of the classes get. They really pack people in where you barely have space between you and the person next to you. So it'd be great if you could either see how full a class was before signing up or they capped the max capacity at a lower number. I also would like if some of the higher intensity classes offered more lower heat options. Otherwise, I'm really loving my experience so far!
Lexi was amazing. Her energy, cueing, and overall presence made the class such a great experience. You can really feel how talented and intentional she is as an instructor. I would absolutely take her class again.
