The class was great and challenging. Good playlist too! The only con was finding the studio as a first timer but luckily saw other people with mats go in the building.

I really enjoy the practice. The formula power yoga uses is very open to self interpretation of one’s own practice of yoga. The instructions are very well spoken and the temperature of the room for me goes un-noticed. 😊 I enjoy and appreciate and very thankful for the space the faculty is very kind and friendly. The rooms are always clean and the showers are nice to have to freshen up… The concept is very welcoming for all levels of a yoga practice. I love your Brickell studio. Your teachers are outstanding as well as kind and encouraging.The music is great and it is super clean!
