This is an amazing yoga studio where the instructors consistently promote strength, empowerment, and self-care. I really appreciate the welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Each instructor brings their own style while encouraging us to listen to our bodies, honor where we are, and take care of ourselves. It’s a wonderful place to practice, recharge, and feel supported.

The music was great . As a first timer , it did take me a while because everything kinda moved a little too fast and isnt familiar with the positions but by the end my clothes were just drenched and I loved it . It was a good workout
