Low key but focused on teaching yoga, every instructors I have tried r good because they all explain how or why before doing routines. Music is better than some studios but I’m old to understand all of new musics, however they’ll place 60’s, 70’s, 80’s or 90’s once in a while. So I’m good.

Nicole always has really intelligently designed sequences and reminders that each pose is allowed to be different in different bodies. great music. incredible hands on assists and generously makes sure to get to every one in the class. weaves in yoga philosophy in a seamless way.
