Nicole was an amazing instructor today. This was my first time at Broomfield Flatirons (so I was very nervous) and her energy and welcoming smile and attitude right when I walked in the door made me feel comfortable. Her class was a challenging sculpt class but her belief in us and motivating words got me through it. I definitely will be doing her class again! Highly recommend.

Kyra is knowledgeable, encouraging, firm in her attention to form, and leads us smoothly through the asanas for Hot Yoga. I'd like to see more of her, such as on weekday evenings or at other locations besides Broomfield Flatirons.
