CorePower yoga is the best studio I’ve ever found. There are a lot of options of classes and the instructors are amazing.

I love how the instructor did not rush me to keep up with anyone else. She let me go at my own pace as it was my first time.

CPY Buckhead is a great studio with friendly and helpful staff. Tarika is an excellent yoga teacher with helpful cues. Taking her class on Sunday morning was a great way to start my day.

Mia is the most AMAZING instructor. It’s a great total body workout with stretching, weights, balance, cardio and always fun music. I’ve tried a lot of other workout types and studios. This is by far the most well rounded and my absolute favorite. You can adapt to your skill level and always get a good workout. GG-59 years old

CorePower yoga has changed my life for the better! The entire philosophy of yoga—building strength, pushing ourselves beyond our comfort zones, setting intentions, and working toward our goals—can be applied directly to everyday life in such a positive way. The instructors at the Buckhead location are the BEST, and the facility is always clean and sparkling. It’s a true testament to Jennifer, the manager, and her commitment to creating a place that feels welcoming, both physically and spiritually. ❤️
