All the teachers are really good, they are serious about their job, all different, but invested in their classes, dedicated. It is something you can feel, which is pretty good. Really positive is all the different classes, variations, options you have. Today for example, my body feels like taking yoga. Mondays I typically take the lower body class, so you have options in one place. Good for your body too. I was taking orange theory and my knees particularly my rt one was bothering me. With the classes I am taking core power, it does not bother me at all. I am really happy with this investment.
I loved Todd H as a teacher! His cuing was easy to follow and he was very friendly before, during and after class. Would definitely take a class with him again.
I liked the instructor, Sydney. She came to help me several times during the class. She showed my how to modify exercises so they were within my ability. She is a great instructor.
Gabby N. is THEE best yoga instructor ever! Her class always flies by and I'm always leaving feeling better than when I first arrived. Highly recommend her classes!
