Sam Shelton was an amazing teacher. It was my second class here and she was just the best. She was enthusiastic, great at explaining each move, positive and encouraging! I’d come back just for her! She needs a raise!!

Elizabeth was most incredible instructor. The music was amazing. She was on beat, her directions were clear, and she pushed us just the right amount! The time went by very quickly even though we worked hard. What a great experience, thanks to Elizabeth.

I had a class with Jules D and she said it was her first time. I would have never known. She did so amazing and was such a great teacher. I’ll definitely continue going to her class. She is amazing!

The studio is really nice. Big and with windows. The location is clean. The coach’s were really good despite i would have preferred they correct people if any posture was wrong.

Class was well structured and challenging. Temperature was perfect. The instructor's directions were very clear BUT her audio was a little soft given the music was very loud.
