CPYCC is lucky to have two of my favorite Sculpt teachers - Brittany G and Betsy! Their classes are not only FUN but challenging as well. Each class I take from them sets the bar high for the next class. Grateful for two strong woman who show up 100% to teach YS!

This was my first class back since moving to Denver. It was the perfect reintroduction to my practice. The instructor made me feel welcomed and she even ended the class with one of my favorite not super well known bands so that was the cherry on top of a perfect class.

Love the instruction around how stretching does more for the body than just the stretch. And appreciate the locker rooms and the showers, etc. Because we almost always are going to something right after yoga so we really appreciate having a turnaround spot. Forgive errors using talk to text
