I am enjoying classes at CC CPY, I do wish a few Sculpt teachers would put on microphones so they could be heard or turn down the volume of the music. I feel like I only hear 60% of class bc the room is so big and they are yelling from the other side of the room.

I find the Colorado locations to have some of the best instructor with the most creative/inspired flows that really push students.

The instructors are all warm hearted and super friendly. They seem to to know most students by there name. The studio is nice and clean and the windows are a added bonus. Riley is my most favorite instructor. She is a ray of sunshine and has postures that are easy to follow and not complicated. I understand they are getting heavier weights, that will allow everyone to step up their game.

I love Core Power yoga because of the wide range of classes that they offer as well as multiple classes per day. I never have to miss a class with my Core power yoga membership.

The sound bowls were an interesting element to this class (in a good way!). I have taken a few of Gideon’s classes and he is a solid teacher—I always appreciate a flow where I can easily adjust as needed.

[FIRST NAME REMOVED] was an awesome instructor and gave detailed explanations and motivation throughout the class. She was very welcoming as this was my first class at this location. The studio room did appear to need some TLC and repairs compared to other locations I’ve visited.
