Specifically, Mary K's pace gave me time to get into the pose properly without rushing. It was a good rhythmic flow. Her attention to form was fantastic- gentle reminders to prevent injury while getting the most out of it. Uplifting and therapeutic

Really enjoyed the red-light therapy, HPF class, on Sunday, June 21st. I vote for keeping it. Plus, Gaynor, is always so engaging with her class. Please work harder on getting the hardware fixed on those lockers in the women's locker room. I saw several others come in who had no secure place to put their personal items. :(

I am a teacher at CorePower and have been enjoying teaching there for 13 years. The teaching formulas work which differentiates us from other yoga studios. The teachers care about their students and my community at Cherry Hills is wonderful. I personally like the opportunity to teach and take different formats.

It was such an amazing experience that I’ve decided to become a member. Allison’s class was wonderful; she was so kind, patient, and intentional. She helped calm me down and gave me strategies to feel successful throughout the class. The environment felt welcoming and uplifting.
