Every time I arrive the studio is clean and well organized. The staff is always so welcoming and helpful. I really enjoy the Yoga Sculpt classes as well as the instructors, their flows and the music options. I always leave feeling like I had a good workout!

I've been to roughly 10 CP studios and can say that the teachers at Clarendon really are the best. In addition, the facilities are excellent as well. The rooms always get really hot, they are large enough to hold many people, the music works well, the locker rooms are nice, the lighting is often really good... it just has everything going for it. I notice I usually burn ~200 more calories at Clarendon classes in comparison to other studios, which is exactly what I'm looking for.
