It has been 3 months and I can say it is an amazing place to train yourself mentally and physically. Very clean and organized. The front desk is always open to all your queries and help. The trainers are welcoming and smiling and give positive energy only!!! I would say coming here has transformed me mentally- although looking towards the physical transformation soon too.
