I love how inclusive the teachers are, they try and get to know you and help you with your practice. I always feel good after classes, refreshed and feel like I got a good workout in as well. Also I like how the classes are heated!
I had a great experience at CorePower Yoga! The class was challenging in the best way—perfectly paced to push you while still feeling accessible. The flow was well-structured, and I left feeling stronger, more balanced, and completely re-energized.
What really made the class stand out was the instructor. They brought such a positive, motivating energy into the room and gave clear, helpful cues throughout the entire session. I especially appreciated how they offered modifications and encouragement, making it easy for everyone to feel comfortable no matter their level.

Everyone is always welcoming and kind; class instruction is inclusive and supportive . I love that the community class is free- such a blessing especially in this economy!

Thank you for offering a community class! I am grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow with hot yoga. I'm struggling as I have to stretch myself literally and physically. I'm two weeks in the experience, I've found myself returning to being present in my body. I look forward to the version of me that emerges after making this a practice.
