Services: Love your classes/ teachers
Products: love, although i think sometimes the price range can be a little extreme, not that they're not worth it! it's just easier to part with non-essentials that are under $50...
After trying several yoga studios across the country (travel for work), CorePower is by far my favorite. The classes are challenging with helpful and knowledgeable instructors. It has improved my practice and I always leave feeling great!
I love all the instructors, their choice of music and confidence in their individual teaching styles. I will say, however, that during some C2 classes, I wish the heat/humidity would be turned up. Some classes are just perfect as described in terms of heat/humidity and others I don't even think it's turned on; which would be fine if it weren't C2, but the heat is one of the major reasons I choose Core Power for my studio choice out of many in the area.
I really like that all the classes are pretty consistent among the different instructors! That way I can go to any time that’s convenient for my schedule and my experience with all the instructors have been great. Even though they [LAST NAME REMOVED] similar flows, each has something that they may focus on more than the other so I like that too! Like if I want to work legs and booty more I’ll go to Jellie’s class. If I want to plank for daaaays I’ll go to Caitie’s. I’ve been to 3 corepower locations and the country club plaza one is my favorite!
Everyone in the studio was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately since I was only in KC for a few days I was only able to make it to two classes, but I enjoyed each of them. C1 was a little less challenging but perfect for beginners or someone that just wanted to relax/stretch, and I loved C2. I hope to make it back to a studio soon and try Sculpt and Cardio!
