Take Sara G’s class if you can! Phenomenal instructor. Her music is on point! Cow Hollow Mondays 4:15 pm. You’ll easily burn 750+ calories in her class if you’re directly under a heat panel and drink half a Celsius! And if you want to completely kill yourself - Take Annie D’s class right after at 5:45 pm. I’ve taken Annie’s 6 times now and always hit above 750+ calories. My love handles are almost gone! You probably won’t be able to move your legs and body for two days therefore, you have to be really experienced to do this back to back combo (which I’m about to try this upcoming Monday). Only the strong can withstand these two so be aware.

Took ally at 545 on Monday. She is sweet. She needs to practice and think through her cues. For example, saying “inhale exhale” is confusing. A few times she said a pose but did something different. Needs more practice before teaching.
