Always a great work out. Staff engaging when you want to be, and not engaging when you don't want to be! I take Ally and Sam religiously and also love Amy but her schedule doesn't line up for me as well. Thank you Core Power for making Deerfield CP amazing.

Amy L was a fantastic instructor at the Deerfield IL location. Had an awesome playlist, challenging yet achievable flow and was very attentive to everyone's skill levels. I also appreciated the hands on assists.
