This was a challenging class (in a good way!). I typically practice sculpt. It has been awhile since I took a C2 class. Jenny was very good in her instruction and pace. I was so relaxed post-class, I slept like a baby that night.

This is a great location. All of the teachers are top notch. It is spacious with a nice spa feel to it. The room for the hot power fusion class gets especially hot, which I enjoy. If you are looking to transform mind and body, this is the place.
