I am so sad about the Emeryville location closing. It is my favorite of rhe CorePower studios. I wish other studios had gender neutral bathrooms like at the Emeryville location. Not related to the Emeryville location, but the Berkeley West location, is it possible to let the instructors know to not play their music so loud in the yoga sculpt classes? It's really bad and I am bringing ear plugs now. I work with music, and I am sure most people don't want their ears harmed. That's how loud they play their music during this class.

Location is fantastic. Easy to park. Safe. Lots of students but not overcrowded. Sad to hear this li action is closing. And so quickly!

CORE & CARDIO with Nikki Tried this class for the first time and it was definitely a bit challenging for me, but in the best way possible. I left feeling amazing and accomplished. Nikki brings such great energy to the class, which really helps keep you motivated throughout. Looking forward to coming back again!

I took Efe U and Esther D classes back to back on Mondays and thought both instructors were great! Although the heat might be broken in the studio because it was really low. Regardless, loved Efe’s music and sequencing for sculpt. Esther - her class was Star Wars themed which I didn’t know so wasn’t too fond of her music but loved her personality and how she called herself a nerd.

I just have to give all the kudos to Esther. She is a wonderful instructor and creates the most supportive and uplifting environment. CorePower can sometimes be an intimidating space but she creates one that’s phenomenal for her students. And, of course, it’s a great workout!
