Creative sequence. The instructor demonstrated a pose I had never tried before and it was very cool. A challenging one, that i need to practice now. I always like learning new poses. I will say, the two times I have been to this location, I have learned something new that has improved my practice. Awhile ago, an instructor taught the class how to properly move from downward dog to low lunge with your leg to avoid splaying your knee outwards. It's a technique I continue to use in my practice today. Very talented instructors at this location. Well done!

After moving from NYC, I tried many Pilates studios- mat & reformer. Always left unsatisfied. CorePowerYoga Encinitas is integral to my health now. Maddie H, Macy C, Samantha D, Ashley L,, Lindsey K. They don’t get enough appreciation. They put thought into their routines. I am on a journey in which health is paramount. Thank you to the wonderful instructors. Love you all ❤️

Every time I go, it’s different and challenging. I never really know exactly what to expect, because each experience brings its own obstacles, situations, and lessons. Sometimes things go smoothly, while other times I have to work harder, adjust my approach, and push myself outside of my comfort zone. Even though it can be difficult, that’s also what makes the experience rewarding. Each time I go, I learn something new, gain more confidence,

I absolutely love your classes, but I’m still super annoyed that one of your instructors touched Tam mine and moved it when I was reserving for a a friend that had forgotten her Matt so she was renting one. It was just gross for somebody to touch my stuff without asking me first she’s super entitled I can’t even look her in the eye ever again. I would never do her class yuck yuck yuck. Can’t be around people like that.
