I wanted you to know about an experience I had last night at the Encinitas Corepower. I had tried to cancel my membership last month via phone & email directly with corporate. I missed the return phone call and my online attempt never received a response. I decided to stop by the studio personally after I was charged again for another month. Brea Rose Smith, the Assistant Studio Manager, could not have provided me any better customer service! She refunded me for both months charged and I left the studio knowing I will be back soon because I was treated with understanding and respect. I have other yoga studios much closer to home that I could be using but I have always felt valued and appreciated and know that Corepower is where I belong! Life has gotten in the way recently and I miss the consistent practice the BlackTag membership provided. I plan to be back on the mat soon and will purchase a 10 pass class package until I am able to commit myself again to practicing regularly. I want to personally thank Brea Rose and I hope that both the company and the Encinitas studio will recognize her for treating customers the way a good business should!
Love CorePower and have been going for years. It's a great environment with fantastic people to be around. The music keeps classes interesting and although I have my favorites, the vast majority of yogi instructors are good quality.
