This studio is so special but Karinne’s class are odd. She does weird compound movements that could easily lead to injury—can she go back to some of the basics ?

Carolan is great! According to a number of people that took this class, the Thursday 6am yoga sculpt is open and the slot should be offered to Carolan. Many people said this after the class and I agree. Carolan has great energy and leads a great class!
