The studio was very clean and bright. Our instructor Amber was awesome! I loved how she lit the room with candles. It gave a very relaxing feel to the class. Amber Gave clear prompts during her instruction and was also very complementary to our group. I really received a good workout from her class.

I love the way the experienced teachers vary the routines! They keep it fresh every month. Most muscle groups are used in each class -- I really appreciate that.
