It was a good experience, but the emails didn't sync up to how many days I had left on my free week promo. I thought I had 3 more days but when i called they said it expired.
I had a very good experience at corepower, just that I feel that I waste a lot of time drinking water and wiping my sweat, so i was missing out on a lot of time.
I love the studio and enjoy all of the instructors. I'm switching to the At Home option because unfortunately the class schedule does not work with my schedule. I need more class options between 1 and 4.
Thanks!
I love how motivating and simple it is to get a good workout in. Mostly all the instructors have effective yet simple routines. There are so many locations, that you are bound to find the perfect time and class you want that fits into your schedule.
Class was great, but the music is so loud that it's hard to hear the teacher. With a full class, the view of the teacher is blocked making it difficult to see the moves if not able to hear. Would prefer music at a volume that the back row can hear the teacher.
I love that corepower has many different levels/ styles to choose from. I enjoy all of the different instructors so you can really find one that best fits your style.
It was fun to try a 1.5 class, and I liked the middle of-the-day time (and traveled from DC for the second time because of it).
I did wonder: is it normal for 1.5 classes to be heated or is it just at the discretion of the teacher or studio? (It was 93 or so 103% humidity.). It happens that I am not a lover of the heat in general but I know others feel differently.
