Vicky had such a calming presence balanced with knowing how to give you a good workout! Clean facilities and friendly staff as well as friendly patrons who made me feel comfortable with it being my first time there. Would definitely recommend.

I liked how on cue and professional the yoga instructor was. I enjoy taking classes with women at a similar age and similar place in their yoga journey. It increases the happiness that I feel from the class and the sense of connection. I also appreciated how familiar the routine was compared to yoga classes from other gyms or at-home.
