Loved my sculpt class with Whitney A at fashion island. This class had very intentional strength training with great teaching cues from Whitney. Also loved that it wasn’t max heat. One of my favorite sculpt classes ever.

Convenient location and parking and the studio is clean, great selection of gear. What I love the most is the community of teachers and great people. Go to Ralph Lauren and have a great coffee, or visit Levain bakery. If you have enough energy, shop.

Shabnam is amazing! All of the teachers at CorePower should learn from her. She is very engaged and makes the yoga sessions an experience, not just a workout. She is the reason I come back so often.

I like the instructors. I like the heat and the weights. I have met lots of nice people who now are my friends. Can you please open up a Core Power Yoga in St. Helena, California or Napa , California. I am moving there and don't want to cancel my membership because Core Power Yoga isn't there.

Shabs and Sara have been amazing throughout my entire experience! From getting me enrolled to giving me a tour of the facility, they made me feel welcome from day one. A special shoutout to Shabs for the incredible way she runs her classes. They are honestly some of the hardest workouts I've ever done—and I mean that in the best way possible. Her energy is contagious, her optimism is inspiring, and she creates an environment that pushes everyone to be their best. One thing that really stands out is her hospitality. She greets every member at the front desk as they come in and makes a point to say goodbye as they leave. It's such a simple gesture, but it makes everyone feel seen and valued. She is the definition of a true professional. If you're looking for an amazing workout led by an outstanding team, I can't recommend this place enough! -Sergio
