All the instructors are absolutely amazing!! Kind, welcoming, caring.. and they really know their stuff! They tell you about the muscles you’re working and why and how and always give modifications. My favorites are Amanda We, Katie K, Jamie D but all are fabulous! And the manager Shea is the best! She is also an amazing teacher and very easy to talk to !

Love the teachers. The studio space is everything I love - soft lighting, high heat + humidity (intensity depends on the teacher), great feel/energy! Only thing that would make the experience even better for me is having self check-in so you don’t always have to stop at the desk!

I love the community, the different types of class styles, the clean and warm facility, and the options for memberships. There are so many classes offered each day, and it's so convenient to attend because it's only 10 minutes from my house. This place just works for me on many levels. I'm really grateful for that first free week because it let me really tryout the community, not just in one class.
