I love this studio. There is plenty of parking. There are so many great instructors-it is hard to pick one class a day to go to! There is a wonderful sense of community at this location. I feel comfortable and welcome every time I walk through the door.
The studio is clean, the rooms are large so you very rarely end up mat to mat, and the instructors are knowledgeable. I also appreciate the wide variety of classes offered during the day.
Ann is an excellent teacher .... Love the heat .... Clean environment and a friendly and professional staff that looks to help whenever they are able ...
I was a visiting member who signed up for two yoga sculpt classes on 3 May--both were canceled a few hours later. Most fortunate for me was that Ms. Margaret's C2 & Restore classes were still on so I registered for them. She was a lifesaver and phenomenal yogi; I'd spent extensive time prior to, traveling on an airline and needed this state of decompression.
I also returned on 7 May for Yoga Sculpt. Little did I know I would meet my virtual yoga mentor in person--Widya! I studied her cues on YouTube while I took YS Teacher Training last year. What a pleasant surprise to meet her in person AND privilege to take her extraordinary class--truly a 'Hollywood' moment.
The facilities are super clean and very nice. The classes are well structured and feel very welcoming to someone coming in with literally zero yoga experience. I leave every class feeling both exhausted and full of energy at the same time. So far I've had nothing but a stellar experience!
The instructors have all been great so far, so this is not a critique on them. I do think however the studio needs to be cleaned in between classes. The mirrors also tend to be quite dirty. I’m not sure how often those are being cleaned, but at the very least if the floors could be mopped in between the hot sculpt classes, they’re sweat all over the place and then there’s always a lot of hair and once everything gets hot and sweaty, you’re having other people‘s hair sticking to you sticking to your mat, it’s kind of gross.
