Great studio, great teachers. I love Widya's c2 classes, she brings such a high energy and they go quickly with lots of flow. If you are someone who gets easily distracted during yoga class and prefer something with a slightly fast pace but still getting the yoga feel her classes are great!
There are plenty of ither great teacher there, but personally Widya's are my absolute favorite!
I go for just rhe c2 classes, they are my favorites and the other classes are just less my cup of tea, but i know plenty of people who love the sculpt classes and the fact that they offer a variety of class types, slow paced fast paced, cardio gives everyone plenty of options.
This was a great facility. I took a class in two of the available studio rooms. The HPF class was nice and hot. And the cp2 class was spacious with a lot of mirror space. The instructors were excellent and very helpful.
I’ve enjoyed the instructors and the facilities are great. Lots of space, very clean, free parking.
What would get me here more often is if there were early morning HPF classes during the week.
HPF and Widya at Fresh Pond!!!
Other teachers and formats too.
Like a combo or set sequence (e.g. HPF and C1) with option for other classes.
Consistently clean and nice Facilities.
Glad that you brought back more C1 classes too in our area.
I love this studio. There is plenty of parking. There are so many great instructors-it is hard to pick one class a day to go to! There is a wonderful sense of community at this location. I feel comfortable and welcome every time I walk through the door.
The studio is clean, the rooms are large so you very rarely end up mat to mat, and the instructors are knowledgeable. I also appreciate the wide variety of classes offered during the day.
Ann is an excellent teacher .... Love the heat .... Clean environment and a friendly and professional staff that looks to help whenever they are able ...
I was a visiting member who signed up for two yoga sculpt classes on 3 May--both were canceled a few hours later. Most fortunate for me was that Ms. Margaret's C2 & Restore classes were still on so I registered for them. She was a lifesaver and phenomenal yogi; I'd spent extensive time prior to, traveling on an airline and needed this state of decompression.
I also returned on 7 May for Yoga Sculpt. Little did I know I would meet my virtual yoga mentor in person--Widya! I studied her cues on YouTube while I took YS Teacher Training last year. What a pleasant surprise to meet her in person AND privilege to take her extraordinary class--truly a 'Hollywood' moment.
