This was a great class-- truly the best one I've ever taken. I did get super frustrated at the end, because during shavasana, people kept walking in to grab weights. Disrupted the entire class' experience and was not appropriate in my opinion. This is not the first time this has happened; please do better so it does not affect our practices.
I do sculpt & I like it because I get all body workout, weights, stretching, core. I like the heat so I don’t have muscle soreness the next day. I like the location distance to my home, I walk there. I like the studio, although it’s lately gotten little ran down, the paint job is sloppy, the mirrors in studio are dirty, water station looks old, the merchandise for sale is old. When I had joined it was a clean studio, I hope they will do a better job of up keeping the space, needs refreshing.
I love it! I love sculpt & core restore. Makes sucha difference. I notice that some instructors choose to focus on certain body parts with their routine, which is amazing and I think makes a bigger difference with that focus. I just think that should be a part of their schedule so we are aware during booking. Like full body focus or legs focus or core and arms focus... Like that, it helps space out different body parts across the week so they are not overworked.
It is the best CorePower class I’ve taken so far. The teacher was amazing—she dedicated so much time and attention to details, not only to the postures but also to the meditation, the intention, and even the candles at the end of the class in front of every assistant.
