Gold coast is by far my favorite studio. The teachers always seem to be the best, the heat, humidity and usually music are on point. Some other locations don’t seem to have the heat/humidity high enough.
It was the most Creative Hot Yoga class I’ve ever been to. It was so intense and the amount of energy David had illuminated throughout the entire room. Wherever he got his training, they are genius! Will be back
I enjoyed the three different classes I have taken thus far:
Ashley in the Corepower Yoga 2 Class was performed in a heated studio which felt nice to get a good sweat in. She kept a quick pace and helped in releasing lots of tension from within my body. After the class was over, I felt as if I had a good overall workout.
Frank in the Corepower Yoga 1 Class was also performed in a heated room. He did an awesome job by leading me through a variety of poses to help strengthen & stretch out my back and overall body.
Kally in Core-Restorative Yoga: Candlelight was set with a relax mood. She did a good job in making sure my poses were correct. Such a great class since it helped me to focus in on my breathing and be able recognize how shallow my breaths were and where the tension was held mostly within my body. When I left the class I felt physically relaxed, clear minded, and more grounded.
I highly recommend Corepower Yoga. Their heated yoga classes felt nice to practice in, especially as it begins to feel colder outside! Also, having taken a variety of classes gave me an overall workout and I was also able to focus in on restoring my body from everyday stress and tension.
I'm on day 3 of the week trial. Thank you. I took a class with Ashley, Frank and Kalli. They all helped in their own ways. The two facilities we're familiar.
My partner suggested that I not focus on the financial situation or outcome for now. So with this in mind, why would I not tell everyone that they should try a week of free yoga at corepower yoga!
