Classes are great. THE SHOES OUTSIDE THE STUDIO REMAIN A HUGE ISSUE FOR MOST OF US. We continue to step over 20-30 pairs of shoes in most classes outside the studio doors, a huge safety issue as many of us have tripped and fallen. There are lockers and cubbies. Nothing is ever said about the shoe issue and finally a sign about phone not in studio BUT it continues to be an issues as instructors don't reinforce or bring up these issues. I AM NOT a complainer and LOVE CPY, and have been practicing 5-6 days a week for over 20yrs now. Please take this feedback in a positive light. These issues are a problem at ALL 3 studios in Santa Barbara.
Curious as well... Savasana is a resting, quiet time. 98% of EVERY class taken turns the music WAYYY up during this quiet integration time. We are baffled. Is this a part of the CPY training?? It's also an issue that many talk about in the locker rooms.
Thank you for the survey request!!
Just getting back into yoga, and I have to say, the teachers, classes, and overall energy have been incredibly friendly and welcoming.
I’m looking forward to getting back into my yogi practice—not just for where I am today, but for the future version of myself I’m building.
One practice, one breath, one day at a time. 🧘♂️
That I could make the class my own. I need to rebuild strength and flexibility after a 10 year hiatus from pretty much anything but walking and the studio feels like a safe and encouraging place to get back on the horse.
CP1 teacher Sabrina spoke clearly and evenly throughout class. Music taste was excellent and had a perfect level.. grateful for her intention of being present
My Core power 1 class at 10:30 on Tuesday and Wednesdays in Goleta (I think her name was Jaelyn) was wonderful. She was attentive and explained the moves clearly. She made me feel very empowered and seen. Great experience.
