My Core power 1 class at 10:30 on Tuesday and Wednesdays in Goleta (I think her name was Jaelyn) was wonderful. She was attentive and explained the moves clearly. She made me feel very empowered and seen. Great experience.

Great classes, especially Kari O’s CoreRestore. I love it so much, I wish she was added to the on demand lineup. One of the aspects that makes her so effective at leading this class, beyond her kind heart, is her use of voice. Her intonation, cadence, volume, and judiciously chosen words of positivity, together create a soft, low friction environment that certainly allows the good energy to flow. Overall, the studio appears tidy and clean. The ample parking is a nice bonus compared to the other SB studios. Thank you!
