The grand lake location is my favorite in the bay - all the spots are great but there’s something about Grand Lake that feels like a small community that I appreciate. From Janelle to Ashley and Lily and so many other amazing instructors, I always have such a joyful time taking a fun but challenging Yoga Sculpt Class!
